アノテーションが初期状態で開いているかどうかを定義します。 この関数は、テキストアノテーションに対してのみ使用します。
パラメータ

TRUE は、アノテーションが最初から開いて表示されていることを意味します。 FALSE は、閉じていることを意味します。
