Or php4-curl if you use php4. But you should use php5 anyway, so install php5-curl like this:
sudo apt-get install php5-curl
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 reload
And you're done!

On Debian-based systems (like Ubuntu), you can just install the package php5-curl.
